Dorey Park Ballfield

Kenbridge Construction partnered with CHA Consulting to deliver a full athletic facility upgrade for Henrico County at 2999 Darbytown Road, Henrico, VA. The project replaced an existing natural grass baseball field with a durable, high-performance playing surface. New bleachers and a fully equipped press box enhance spectator comfort and support media and game operations.

Project Manager Mike Bender and Superintendent Dale Barton led our team on the project, which also includes new dugouts, expanded public viewing areas for improved accessibility and visibility, upgraded fencing, and high-performance field lighting for safety, night games, and site security.

The existing restroom building was fully renovated, adding two family-friendly toilet facilities and modernizing existing restrooms for ADA compliance and enhanced amenities. This project demonstrates Henrico County’s commitment to providing quality recreational infrastructure for athletes, families, and the community.
