Hanover Courthouse Renovation

Kenbridge Construction partnered with Moseley Architects to deliver the Hanover Circuit Court, an occupied-shell space build-out and renovation project at 7516 County Complex Road in Hanover, VA. Construction began in September 2022 and was completed in June 2023.

Project Manager Billy Gee and Superintendent Randy Seamster led our team on this 8,600-square-foot project, which includes a new circuit courtroom and flexible support spaces. The program also features a jury deliberation room, holding cells, multiple restrooms, corridors, and work areas.

The building incorporates specialized courtroom and security systems, including acoustical and security ceiling assemblies, courtroom casework, detention equipment, security glazing and hardware, jury seating, and courtroom bench seating. Site improvements included earthwork, asphalt paving, and concrete installation.
