Project Description

Kenbridge Construction partnered with Samaha Associates, P.C. to construct Manassas Fire Station 21, a modern facility located at 10306 Dumfries Road in Manassas, VA. Construction started in September 2019 and concluded in May 2021.

Project Manager Mike Bender and Superintendent Dale Barton led our the team on this 21,916-square-foot, two-story station designed to house eight vehicles and up to nineteen firefighters. Key spaces include a dayroom, kitchen, dining area, training classroom, offices, bunk rooms, locker rooms, a four-story training tower, and an apparatus bay with front four-fold and rear sectional overhead doors.

The building incorporates advanced systems, durable finishes, and specialized equipment to support emergency operations, training, and daily activities. Site work included road improvements, asphalt paving, utilities, landscaping, and a vehicle extraction training pad.
