Kenbridge Construction, along with Moseley Architects, recently completed the new A.M. Davis Elementary School in Chesterfield County. On Wednesday, July 30, 2025, Chesterfield County officials and community members joined our team for a ceremonial ribbon-cutting. Read more on Chesterfield County’s website.

This design-bid-build project features a new two-story, 111,501-square-foot prototype school designed to serve up to 1,000 students.

The KCC project team included Project Manager Mike Bender, Superintendent Mike Flood, and Administrative Assistant, Tanya Marshall.
